Teriyaki Madness - Andrews

I just ordered delivery, and it arrived nearly an hour late. Our bowls were cold, and the potstickers and egg rolls tasted like they had just come out of the freezer. I typically avoid ordering from this place due to its reputation, and after this experience, I won't be ordering from here again.

The website for Andrews mentions delivery, but unfortunately, there was none available when we checked. It might be a good idea to update that information. We ended up driving to pick up our food. The teriyaki chicken would have been much better if there had been more sauce provided. The noodles and pot stickers were quite greasy as well.

My husband took my plate back to the front to explain that I had ordered noodles, not rice. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front displayed a disrespectful attitude, insisting that I had ordered rice and that he was mistaken. She never offered to fix the mistake; instead, she kept arguing with him and said she would have to get the manager if he continued to insist on the error. Frustrated, my husband returned to the table, grabbed our receipt, and went back to her. Only then did she agree to get the manager, clearly knowing she was in the wrong. The manager instructed her to remake the food, and after what felt like a lengthy wait of about 15 minutes, I finally received the correct order. It seemed like the staff member may have been unwilling to put in the effort to correct the mistake. Regardless, there was absolutely no reason for her to respond with such an attitude and to argue about it!

Missed up my order.. And the fried rice was overcooked did not enjoy the plate after I paid $22

This places stands for its name, is a madness to go there and purchase food here, this is the worst food I have ever purchased in the whole country people. DON'T GO THERE.
