Mcdonald's - Andrews

On this visit I had ordered two large caramel frappes online and when I got there the driver e thru was packed with at least 20 cars and they made me wait till it cleared out to get my frappes , almost an hour. and when they came out w u.k. th them they were mocha instead of caramel cause they had just ran out of caramel..

Worst experience of my fast food life. Waited 25 minutes for 2 small cheeseburgers that after all that time were made wrong. Then waited an additional 10 minutes for the correction. I asked for a refund after the first 15 minutes of waiting but was denied! They already had 3 other vehicles parked to the side waiting and cars were wrapped around the building. Everyone inside was just standing around doing nothing and arguing with each other the entire time I waited at the window. I will never return.

Best McD I've ever been to. I'm so sad they are closing Wednesday. I'll miss this place. Thanks for providing the best food in the town of Andrews, NC.

Either they don’t read reviews or they don’t care. Their fries are always cold/raw and taste old no matter what time of day you hope to get fresh fries. Burgers and chicken taste old and burnt. If you read Facebook, google, Yelp, trip advisor, all reviews are bad for months now. Get it together and fix it or just shut down. Food is so awful here. People in Andrews don’t want to have to drive 20 minutes to Murphy and 20 minutes back to get decent McDonald’s. Shame on the managers for letting this place run the way it is.

It is a Mic D's in Andrews NC, nothing different than other Mic D's. As far as the food goes cool to warm is the usual temp. Staff wears masks, sort of, often not covering their nose.
