Dunkin' - Andover

After a grueling 5-hour drive, I was feeling light-headed and desperately needed a donut and coffee. I spotted a Dunkin' nearby, so I pulled off the highway and arrived at 6:50 PM. However, when I tried to open the door, a woman inside who was mopping signaled for me to go away. Now, I still feel faint, and I've wasted 10 minutes on my trip. Thanks for nothing!

I requested less ice on one occasion, but received a full cup. On another visit, I asked for no ice at all, yet again, I got a full cup of ice. The staff seem to be quite incompetent.

The service was incredibly slow. They got my food and coffee order wrong.

Dunkin Donuts is always a reliable and great quality food and drink place.

In morning rush, prefer mobile ordering. Sometimes store gets crowded and sometimes store has electricity issue. In general store is clean and fast.
