Pizza King - Anderson

Authentic Pizza King. There's so many imitation stores. But this ones dead on. Dietary restrictions: They have cauliflower crust to accommodate Celiac gluten intolerance.

I recently went in to pizza king for lunch. As soon as I came in I was greeted and the lady said to give her a minute. While waiting I noticed her wash her hands speak to me again as she was preparing salads. I watched her check the bowls to make sure they were clean. These were simple things but it was nice to see an employee do things correctly without even knowing their being watched. It was the customer service I received from both the employees that were there and how they worked together and acknowledged every customer that came in.

My order was suppose to take 30 mins max, went to get my food and order wasn’t even put in. Nothing but a drink was offered for the inconvenience and I don’t feel like it’s really acceptable as expensive as the pizza is, something should have been taken off the order.

Never really a complaint everything is usually wonderful! I just wish they could get more drivers because they have been using door dash and I would rather not. I haven't had the best of luck with door dash. So, it's safe to say that Pizza King is usually always looking for dependable friendly reliable drivers.

This experience wasn't good yesterday. I believe it was a manager I had the issues with. They need to expect better customer service from the workers.
