Palmetto Sunshine - Anderson

I've never been here yet! But my mother in-law has and she purchased some of the best BBQ sauce and it's so delicious ??! It's mouth watering. I hope to stop and check out this place some day soon ?!

I absolutely love this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and their moonshine is exceptional. I highly recommend coming here for a tasting - you might even end up leaving with a few jars! My personal favorites are the salted caramel and root beer flavors.

I'm sure 90% of drinkers aren't going to care about this, but the batch that I got of white lightning tastes a whole lot like tales. The methanol smell+taste really ruined my enjoyment. Most folks will never, ever know a mixer will do. That said, sub vodka for this grain alcohol or may be I got a bad batch from the South Carolina distillery.

We weren't too far from here so why not stop by and grab some goodies!! Tastings are $5 a flight. Rootbeer and Salted Caramel Moonshine are my favorites. Good, friendly service. And the bartender was very patient with us!!

This restaurant is extremely welcoming and has a fascinating historical ambiance. If you enjoy history, be sure to visit this place.
