O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Anderson

I have fond memories of O'Charley's from my childhood. I remember the delicious sweet rolls with creamy honey cinnamon butter. It was amazing! However, I have been disappointed with my recent visits to their location since the pandemic. Both times, the customer service and attentiveness of the wait staff fell short of my expectations. During one visit, the waitress forgot to put in an order, leaving my father-in-law with no food to eat. The atmosphere was nearly empty, yet we still didn't receive drink refills. On another visit with my husband, the cheddar bacon soup was not as tasty as I remembered and the fries were bland. The lack of bread plates and the poor quality of the fries made for a disappointing experience. However, the management reached out to me and offered a voucher for another visit, showing concern for my experience. Overall, I hope O'Charley's can improve their service and food quality to keep customers coming back.

The salad was visually appealing, however, the chicken seemed to be reheated and was dry and tough to chew, possibly overcooked in the microwave. The table tops were sticky and seemed to be quite old. The yeast rolls were delicious and freshly baked, which we enjoyed while waiting for our meal.

We had a terrible dining experience at this restaurant. We ordered seafood dishes, with the only decent item being the fries. The waiter was awful, neglecting us for most of our visit. Our food arrived before our appetizers because he forgot about them. It took him a long time to refill our drinks. We will not be returning.

Had a wonderful experience, especially for a Friday night! It was packed, but our waitress Angie was absolutely amazing! She replaced everything we wanted and everything just came out in good timing! We never went without drinking or anything that was six of us! She's such a blessing with such a positive personality!

Angie M. Was the best waitress! Very friendly, friendly and elevated. She was more than happy to make things right with our meal when the steak did not get out of the kitchen correctly. Without her own fault, she had corrected it and corrected our bill. She made sure our drinks were full and we were happy. She's a jewel!
