Mcdonald's - Anderson

I don't even know where to begin with this review. I drove to McDonald's this morning and it was a disaster! I went through the drive-thru, ordered my food, and pulled forward. The young girl at the window was not friendly at all, more interested in her phone than the long line of cars in the drive-thru. Of course, my order was wrong, so I parked in my pajamas and slippers. There were four people waiting at the register, but nobody acknowledged them. A young girl left the counter unattended, assuming everyone knew what they were doing. Finally, after getting someone's attention, they attempted to fix my order but continued to make mistakes. After explaining for the third time what I wanted, they huffed away to remake it. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and have never experienced such rudeness. If they don't want to be there, that's fine, but they shouldn't show it to their customers. They need to listen to their customers and get the orders right the first time. I will never be returning.

The service at this restaurant is consistently fast and satisfactory, however, there have been instances where communication challenges arise due to my hearing impairment. This can result in occasional errors with my order.

The staff is always very courteous! The milkshake machine is rarely out of order (unlike other places) lol my orders are almost never incorrect or missing anything! My kids always have a great time here.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my double quarter pounder at this McDonald's located next to a gas station. It exceeded my expectations and turned out to be a great burger!

The restaurant was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and was prepared exactly as requested. They even went above and beyond to remake my Big Mac when I forgot to order it without pickles due to my allergy. I will definitely be returning to this great place!
