Homestretch Steakhouse - Anderson

The service was excellent, the atmosphere was fun, and the food exceeded our expectations. However, if we could give a rating of 5 stars, we all felt that the cocktails could have had a bit more alcohol.

One of my favorite steakhouses in Indiana! They served a burger this weekend that was one of the top three I've ever had—if not the best! It might not be a regular menu item, but it definitely should be.

If I could give this place a million stars, I would!! Our waitress was the best waitress of my family. Chef Brent went to every table to make sure that your service was Top Notch, and had no complaints. If you did, he'd fix it right away. The food was also delicious (a bit expensive, but more than worth it). Even my 11-year-old son can't wait to eat here again, and I agree. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!

Had a great time this weekend! The staff was entertaining and the food was amazing. The fillet mignon was properly cooked and had so much taste. The Speck Mac cheese could bring tears to your eye, it was so good. The drinks were strong and the convenience of the horse bets was even stronger. I didn't have a cheesecake that hits the right places in a while. You will not be disappointed by Homestretch, definitely there is an attempt! Two thumbs up!

We came here twice. Alan was good, but Zach was fantastic. He knew the menu and was so knowledgeable about the horse races. He was great fun to be around. The food is good but slightly over priced.
