Wendy's - Anchorage

Placed a mobile order and ended with waiting for fresh food to be made. It turned out that they were from Chili (part of my order). Only waited 10-15 minutes in business, but one of the management managers went beyond and beyond to replace the item with another equal value. It took 10 minutes to get the fresh order, so the same manager offered some additional menu items that I respectfully rejected. But so the interaction between the customer and the foundation should go. I only wanted to praise this gentleman for his willingness to correct the situation. I will definitely be back!

Having planned a busy day, I went for a quick bite burger, Pommes salad), but was met with staff who did not know what item was in what bag and what bag went with what order. The employees go together... I suggest using the mobile pick-up order feature if you are not in a hurry, make sure to check your bag) or the drive thru make sure to check your bag before you go) if you need -absolut- to get food from here as the last resort. Eating was decent, but the facility could use a lot of work.

Not here. Opening on Sunday morning. Order french Toast Sticks meal. I've eaten the same things as the others in my group ever since. This was the only variable in diet, and there was massive food poisoning. I fucked my girls all night.

Here for lunch through the ride thru. I have 2 meals for adults and 2 children. I distributed all drinks and they were right. I have a big one with 2 sandwiches and 1 Pommes. I check and it's not what we ordered. They open the window and ask if everything is okay. One in missing children's meals and these are not the sandwiches I ordered. Ten minutes later we get a bag full of food. I'll go and check it out. My burger was still wrong and my children's dinner was missing Fritten. Children's dishes also lacked sauces. I didn't care about my sandwich, but I paid for a child's food. I went in and they gave me the Pommes and apologized. Also gave my children a jr frosty. I appreciate it. It wasn't very busy and my order was made twice.

I really did not have a photo of their burger or their salad because I was enjoy eating and forgot to take photo. It is not a fast food restaurant as stated, because you have to sit and wait for 15 to 20 minutes for your meal, but it’s worth waiting for.
