Wendy's - Anchorage

Customer service was horrible was being rushed to order by the girl saying order when your ready every 5 seconds. When we ordered we hade to repeat an item 5 times for her to put it right. When we got our food she just had attitude giving it to us.It was my first time being to a Wendy's. The food was horrible as well ???? next time McDonald's it is. Very sad experience Iwas soo excited for.

A good start to our vacation to Alaska after a long flight from England. We used to visit Wendy's frequently when in the USA and thought it would be good to try again. The server was very friendly and helpful, the food was served promptly and all was very fresh and hot. A nice meal. thank you

My family and I (six of us) went there for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and water. It has been years since I ate at Wendy's. The food was great and the service was good. They have a special where you can buy a frosty key tag. Then each time you visit, you can get a free frosty with your order.

Wendy’s was the crowned master of almost food and when I travel to the floor 48, I can still be a wendys away as it should be. fast eating, served hot and fresh, and at a fair price. but every nonsense in alaska failed to promise dave’s and to complete its always disappointing. many paintings lately my weekly trip was redirected because the trip thru does not move and I have only been eating for so long. the personal is simply not trained. when I went to lunch today, the person who worked the window was thrown into the wolves, the line was not too bad and I was for tje day, so I thought I would wait. 30 minutes to order the box and order 5 once I got it. he did not even fulfill the queen, it was like a sale at a time. where is the 40 seconds speed that this place uses? it brought me my order so fast that I was convinced that it was cold or wrong. but it was never, now it's slow and they still have it wrong. beside the fries, eating is always hot. but do they cook the frit in cold oil? or are they just sitting forever? I'm not coming back when they fix something. I can clean all my dishes. heat a pan. buy the bark and make my own burger faster and cheaper.

Like most restaurants this business is short handed. That said, it took a few minutes longer to get my order but it was perfect! Well done Wendy's staff!
