Wee Bee's - Anchorage

I placed a to-go order at 1:30 and had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Unfortunately, the fries tasted like they were a day old. While the sauce on the burgers was tasty and the buns were excellent, it was disappointing to wait that long only to receive cold food. I'm not sure if we'll be back again, which is a shame since we had a great experience the last time.

The portions are generous and the prices are very low, so you definitely get what you pay for. The fries are great, but the wings, while fully cooked, had an off taste that suggested they weren't fresh. They probably needed a few more minutes in the fryer or a proper brine. The chili dogs were served cold and lacked flavor. Additionally, a 4% surcharge for card payments feels a bit petty, especially since most places don’t do that anymore.

Original Review: I thought this place had an old-school charm. The food was made fresh and worth the wait. The homemade fries were delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back again.

Typical burger joint. 1/4 pounder was good, chicken tenders and fries were good. Chili cheese fries were fairly good, but not special. I got what I expected and left pleased.

The crew did not look like they wanted to be there. Floors were sticky. Flys everywhere since door was left open. Took almost 30 minutes to get my meal. I would not recommend it if in a rush. Hamburgers where good.
