The food was amazing, and I felt very safe while dining. The waffle was delicious, and the chicken was outstanding! I didn’t even miss it being fried, as it was packed with flavor.

I dined at this restaurant twice and was very impressed. They have an excellent understanding of gluten-free options, and the gluten-free waffles are the best I've ever tasted. As others have mentioned, they don't serve fried food, but the grilled chicken is fantastic. I highly recommend this place, but keep in mind that it's only open from Wednesday to Sunday, 8 AM to 3 PM.
