Susitna And Grill - Anchorage

We are here for the first time and the food and service was amazing! Genuine Thai food and the place is very clean! A real gem!

I just went to Susitna Bar Grill in Houston for the first time and let me tell you, it was nothing short of phenomenal! We ordered 5 different items off the menu for the table to share and everyone agreed there was not a single dish we didn't like! The staff was so friendly and very helpful! If you are in the area or willing to drive for good food, this is the place to go!

We have a cabin on the Parks Hwy. SB&G is about an hour north of Anchorage (depending on traffic), and about 30 minutes south of our cabin. We 've been driving by it (without stopping for a long time). Heck we were often confused (despite their 'open ' signs) to if they were open or not; but this time (Thursday evening) we decided to stop and give it a try. WOW.... it won 't be our last time. I had Massaman Curry (w/chicken) and crab eggrolls. My wife had Drunken Noodles (w.chicken) and pork eggrolls. It was all fantastic. It was better than anything we can get in Anchorage (and in ANC there are a couple pretty good Thai Food places). We did not order any alcohol and our bill was $48. Well worth it. Service is great. The building and staff are fun/eclectic. We will be returning.

AMAZING!!!! Best Thai food in AK!!! Oysters are fantastic!!! We have eaten here twice now and everything we have ordered has been delicious. Definitely a hidden gem!
