Subway - Anchorage

The bread was rock-hard, as if it had been sitting out for days. There were only two options available: white or wheat.

The staff were not welcoming, and two out of three times, they were out of bread. I placed an online order that said it was ready, only to arrive and find out they didn’t have the bread I ordered. I would definitely not recommend this place—I will never go back again.

Came to this Subway nearly a month ago for a breakfast sandwich. We are from out of town and did not know much about the choices in this part of Anchorage as we only had a short time before we had to go to the airport. The sandwich was not bad but that lady worker's attitude really stunk. She was not friendly at all. Didn't make this a pleasant experience and just a little smile would've made it so much better. Maybe the next time we come around Anchorage this attitude will be better. Hope so.

There is multiple employees here. ONE does majority of the work, works hard, is clearly overwhelmed but endures it. She suffers because of the other employees. Fire them give her a raise

Good customer service and 6 inch sub was extra long. Enjoyed my sandwich immensely.
