Subway - Anchorage

I tried to calmly point out that I always order the same meal, but the manager responded by turning the screen around and becoming loud and confrontational, making a scene in the process. Feeling overwhelmed, I raised my hands and decided to leave. As I was walking out, she told me not to come back. It's disappointing, especially since I was one of the restaurant's most frequent customers. The other staff members are quite friendly, but I find her presence difficult to deal with. Her tone is often too loud, and she gives off the impression that every customer is an inconvenience. I still remember laughing at a prior visit when, with only three of us in the restaurant, she complained about being “swamped.” I believe that anyone in a customer service role should have a better attitude. As a once-loyal customer, I’ll be taking my business, and my appetite, elsewhere.

The staff there were very friendly. The service was efficient, the place appeared clean, and the food was quite good.

The servers are always friendly, and the restaurant is as clean as possible, given that there seem to be times when service is a bit slow. I didn't stay long, so it’s possible they had a rush before I arrived. Regardless, the sandwiches were delicious, and the staff were very pleasant.

Great service, clean store. Food was fresh and bread warm. Would come to this location again.

Stopped to order a couple of sandwiches to go for my aunt uncle so my review is based on their report. They were disappointed about the bread being stale. It was so stale they removed the innards and used their own bread at home. I do recall the employee pulling out one hunk of bread and throwing it in the garbage. That should've been my red flag. If you witness that, you may want to make sure the bread is fresh before leaving.
