Southside Bistro - Anchorage

Had a pretty subpar dinner featuring overcooked halibut. Kitchen really doesn't know how to cook fish. Served over greasy home fries. Would have eaten better at Firehouse or Judy's. Can't recommend Southside Bistro.

One of the best restaurants in Anchorage! Cozy, romantic vibes with attentive service and excellent food! I had the veal tenderloin medallions with melted brie and lingonberry preserves and it was phenomenal! The peach and raspberry cobbler with ice cream was divine. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This dessert is good, right amount of sweetness and a fair amount of banana. The pastry on the top is in between chewy and crispy and I find it well-balanced. A bigger size would be better I think.
