The food here was fine. The bottomless fries do seem to have a end since they would only bring out like 5 whenever asked which would also take awhile to get so I ended my meal having only about 10 fries. The service was slow. I got my meal pretty quick but everything else was slow such as getting a table, fries, and drinks when it wasn’t busy. The place, it’s self, was pretty dirty looking. The floors were nasty looking.

They forgot about my $20.00 Milk shake and it just wasn't as good as they use to be. Got to put love in what you do. Otherwise, it is felt by the lack of the effort in the taste of the food. Mother's day lunch was a learning experience.

The server was very attentive. There was a lot of loud joking around among the staff near the kitchen entrance. I couldn't hear any music playing. The food arrived hot and in about 15 minutes.

Showed up at 12:03PM for lunch. Host came over to ask how many people at 12.09PM, waited 6 mins. Then told us it’ll be 5 mins til we can be seated so the waiters can catch up on their tables… IT IS LUNCH TIME… put up a sign that says, “short staff, expect longer wait…” four more parties showed up so the host came back and seated us at 12:19PM.We’ve been waiting at our table with no waiter asking us what drinks or food order because we had 20 mins to stand and pick out our food. Walked out at 12:25PM cause no one cared to take our orders… RIDICULOUS service. Get your staffed trained. Find a shift manager and have them greet people. Or shut your restaurant down if you can’t find staff.

NEVER AGAIN. We have memories from many years ago when this was a premier burger emporium. What's changed? Horrible service. No fault on wait staff, they are just way understaffed. Burgers have a low weight patty, cooked ions ago, dried out and flavorless. Fries used to be great but these were fried sometime ago, were soggy and lukewarm. About covers it
