Pho Lena East - Anchorage

Not the best experience. The chicken in the fresh rolls was extremely dry, making it difficult to swallow. The pho also lacked flavor and was rather bland.

I ordered take out. I tried the Pho with brisket and the Chicken Pho. The broth was excellent on both but....the brisket was all fat. I had one bite of meat. The chicken was so tough that I couldn't chew it. The basil, cilantro and bean sprouts were old. I have eaten at this restaurant in the past and it was OK. This time I gave it two stars and I am being generous. Since I ordered take out, I discovered the horror when I got home. I called the restaurant and described my dishes and the young lady was NO help. So sad!

The food was good but but I notices they helped themselves to a tip when I compared my receipt to my bank statement, going to the bank with my receipt to make sure if the charge was correct

The summer rolls with tofu were good, but the vegetable tofu was really bad because the cabbage tasted like it might have been rotten.

Food was over priced and not very good. Portions were small.
