Mcdonald's - Anchorage

Annie had me wait over 180 times what she said. I ended up having to ask another employee for her to do her job. Josh also gave me a damage product and refused to fix it. Had to call my boss and have him call the store to get a decent product.

Since we're out of towners my son wanted to go McDonald's, the food wasn't too bad but since it was winter it was slightly chilly because if you're only used to certain temperatures it's otherwise cold for you, other than that the workers were of help if you needed to go to the bathroom they have to key entry for you, they were nice and delivered our food to your table.

Bun was microwaved. Lettuce was brown. Chicken was cold. Soda was flat and no taste. My wife's big Mac was ordered plain, only cheese, but had onions. Gets worse everytime I go. No more spenard mcdonald's for us.

This location has great service and the crispy chicken sandwich was tasty.

Food services are reasonable in prices , services staffing.
