Humpy's Great Alaska Alehouse

First time in an airport lounge. We got access via first class seats. Sad to see rules changed after I bought the tickets so moving forward my flight wouldn't get access, but since we live in Ohio, the likelihood of us flying with Alaskan again is slim. Great service and definitely recommend first class for the perks even if the lounge isn't included.

So worth the annual fee. It's away from the hub- bub of the concourse, seating is comfortable, many beverage and food choices.We'll certainly be renewing our membership.Thank

Good food, the booth chairs are quite comfortable, available free airport internet, and a place to charge your phone. Too bad it closes at 1 AM, but you can 't have everything. Guess the fee to use was $100/year, but now $350/year I guess.Vegetarian options: Tapenade, black bean hummus, fruit, Ritz crackers, etc.

Very disappointing. First I was denied access even though I was told I was qualified by partner AA as we are Saphire Status flying first class. So we had to pay to enter. The buffet was very poor with no selection. The lounge is extremely small and cleanliness was 5 of a possible 10. Just wasnt worth the fee.

BLUF: If you are not a member that has the Alaska Lounge included, don’t waste your time/money! My wife and I paid to get in here while waiting 4 hours for our flight. Unlike other lounges, there wasn’t any real food (just snacks… nothing to actually hold you over). They also charged for drinks as well which we definitely expected to be included in the price.
