Heavenly Cup - Anchorage

I don't drink coffee, but my friend and I travel together a lot and we spend almost every morning of our trips searching for a coffee place. And then she almost always ends up dumping the coffee out because she doesn't like it. We happened upon heavenly cup and miraculously the coffee met her high standards to the point that we went back the next morning! And the coffee girls were both really nice each morning.

I was handed my smoothie as half liquid. I was the only one in line midday so it wasn't like they were rushed. They were overpriced as well.

I know several people that love the Lotus Energy Drinks and I wanted to give it a try.... Probably not the best idea at 4:30 in the afternoon now that I think about it! Ha!! Heading to see my hairdresser, I wanted to get her a treat too and Heavenly Cup was nearby. What a treat to visit! I didn 't get the gal 's name that helped me, but she was super sweet and helpful with my order! Quick to make two 'red flavored ' drinks, one with cream and whip and the other without. I figured I 'd grab both and let her choose which one she wanted. Typical little drive up beverage cart around anchorage with service on both sides of the building. Hot and cold beverages, coffee, tea, energy drinks... they seem to cover all the bases. Easy in and out off Minnesota, but you do have to make a right hand/northbound turn to get out of there. Great chit chat and definitely worth the stop! I 'll make it a point to stop there in the future when I 'm on this side of town!
