Domino's Pizza - Anchorage

Tends to be hit or miss as far as quality goes. We've had very good experiences and deliveries, and some pizzas that just seemed rushed and half-assed. Stopped by one night to get a pizza to go without calling ahead, and it was a long wait in the car. I also didn't like the fact that their system asks for you for a tip for a pick-up. A tip... for what? Like many other locations in Alaska, the best deals advertised in the lower 48 are not honored here. The coupon system for online ordering is very picky and requires a lot off trial-and-error to find a decent deal.

The by-the-slice pizza selection was beautiful. The pies were picture perfect and delicious looking. It was nice to select from fresh pizzas when buying a slice.

The Dominos on JBER is amazing! After the first time I called they already had all of my information saved and I didn't have to repeat anything he just verified my information. They answer pretty quickly unless it's busy (and even then it's pretty quick). The only issue I've ever had was they forgot to put a plastic fork in my pasta box one time, not even a big deal. Highly recommended, their staff is super friendly!

Stopped by to grab a pizza for carryout on my way home, and even though I had to wait for the only guy on shift to make the pizza while I waited, he was super friendly. Great customer service, even when faced with the challenges of running the shop on his own.

Burnt, cold pizza and a assistant manger who was rud, unprofessional, condescending, disrespectful, unhelpful and all around not equipped for such Possession! Clearly you can see the difference in the reorder.
