Dianne's - Anchorage

I am always so happy whenever our company does business lunch and it's provided by this company. The sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other catered foods are always well presented and food fresh. I cannot tell you how tired I am of Peppercini's crap wraps and salads with black olives (ew). This is always a better option, hands down. So, I will happily eat again if Wild Fork is brought in.

Okay, I don't leave a ton of reviews but this one could NOT wait. My company has used Dianne's Wild Fork on 3 or 4 separate occasions since I started in August of 2021. I will start with one LARGE event for the company during Christmas. There was a communication error from our side to theirs where they brought it all buffet style, I'm talking for 80-100 people. We called a little frustrated but sure enough Heather came to the rescue. She rushed to get plates and back to individually scoop and box every item made to order. In the face of what could have been a company pushing back on us she busted her behind to make it right. That was when I just fell in love with them. The second time was when I was in a bind and called on a Thursday afternoon needing food for a small board meeting Tuesday. Heather once again said SURE I can make that work and threw together the most delicious Shrimp and Chicken Rustic Penne that blew the board away. They are wonderful and the food is delicious and packed perfectly.... You will absolutely HANDS DOWN not regret using this catering company and Heather is a true aficionado of customer service!!!!! Much love you guys ROCK

We used their service to feed a booshie doctor party, as we were looking for someone who could make something not only good, but different from the normal fare. Dianne and Dave came through in spades not only was everyone impressed with the Thai lettuce wraps, dungeness crab dip, and shrimp avocado de gallo, it was presented beautifully. We found them to be very personable and professional, and we will definitely be using them again!

Our wellness committee had our kickoff breakfast catered by Dianne's and the group loved the healthy, but delicious offerings. We had the spotlight on health: The fruit was fresh (hard to find in AK) and the oatmeal was fantastic! Dianne's provided the coffee in their own carafes, all the utensils and bowls which made it very easy on us. #4 Spotlight on Health $10.75 per person Perfectly Cooked Old fashioned Oatmeal served in our crock pot. Top it off with Granola, dried cranberries, brown sugar and milk. Served with yogurt and fresh fruit Kaladi Brothers gourmet coffee juice They are very easy to work with and timely with the delivery and set up. I would give 5 stars however I have not received a receipt to date and the breakfast was 10/13.

I needed a quality appetizer tray on short notice and Dianne's definitely delivered in more ways than one. They talked over the 24 hour short notice options and then customized the perfect tray for my group. They delivered the tray on time, with a great presentation. Most importantly, the food was delicious!
