I ordered food from this restaurant on Uber Eats and was disappointed that it looked nothing like the pictures. It's clear that they do not take pride in their work. The food lacked flavor and the egg roll was not what I expected.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant and spent more than $100. My family was looking forward to enjoying the food, but we were ultimately let down. Firstly, the rice...
Really enjoyed it! The staff was really nice and attentive. They even gave me a bowl of soup on the house! ^ ^
Quality Eats. Firstly, I had no menu and their website's down, so when I called I needed special attention. The guy on the other end of the phone was patient and helpful. I ended up with 2 combination dinners as their delivery minimum is $20. A combination dinner is two different dishes, plus rice or fried rice and an egg roll. By the end I was excited about what I'd get to try.<br/ <br/ The food was quick to get here (but I live Downtown, and it was early in the day, ~4:30pm, took about 25 minutes) and the same guy who took my call delivered it. Very friendly.<br/ <br/ The food was delicious! and very high quality. What do I mean. No over seasoning. Can't taste salt, breadings are still crisp even though it was delivery, the fried rice is not grainy or gritty and the dishes, even though sharing ingredients, all had well defined flavors of their own.<br/ <br/ I got the Almond Chicken, Cashew Chicken (with Pork instead of Chicken), Szechuan Chicken, and Kung Pao Beef. The chicken in the Szechuan Chicken was some of the best cooked I've ever had in my life. It was cut properly too, basically melted in your mouth and stood on its own with the delicious sauce it swam in (though the sauce was too mild for me, it either should be louder or more delicate, but still delicious). It was the standout, but not at the cost of the other dishes.<br/ <br/ The only thing that wasn't outstanding was the egg roll, something I'll happily forgive. I ended up mixing the cabbage and filling in with the fried rice and that was good.<br/ <br/ I work a lot and so order out at least once a week, if they ever fall short (or exceed) this review, I'll post another one. There aren't many good alternatives for my location though this place really surprised and satisfied.
