Chilkoot Charlie's - Anchorage

Classic Alaska Nightclub! Quaffable selection of drinks and foods. Surely recommend. Three billiard tables.

The first time. Dance, enjoyed us until we went to the restroom, then a female worker stood there open with the women bathroom door, accompanied by other employees insisting that we go. Completely unproven and no explanation. I've never been so lonely in my life. Trash. I'll never recommend everyone.

I just had a drink. Very unique place, four steps and seven bars. Only one bar was open. It was necessary to be cleansed and was very scattered in stains. Looks like it saw better days. Fun place to visit.

Chilkoot Charlie?s is an Anchorage institution and is a must visit place! I?m a local Alaskan and after my first visit there the other night I?m happy to say that it stands up to its reputation. Great history, wonderful staff, affordable, and lots of fun things to do!

One of the more interesting places to visit in anchorage, essentially a museum/ time capsule. Probably a fire hazard too. But worth going in for at least a drink just to walk around and see all the interesting rooms and history.
