Burger King - Anchorage

I ordered a Rodeo King, which is supposed to be a 1/2 pound burger, but I received a small single patty instead, resembling a kid's burger. I repeated my order three times, yet they still got it wrong?

The customer service here is exceptional—everyone is friendly and welcoming. As for kid-friendliness, the play area is ideal for children under 8 and also suitable for little toddlers. However, it can sometimes be a bit messy, though the staff works hard to keep it clean, especially considering the design of the play area and some staffing challenges. Parking can be a bit tricky, as the lot is quite small, and finding a spot can be difficult during busy times. On a positive note, there is designated handicapped parking conveniently located right next to the entrance.

The team here is fantastic, but the soda machine was out of ice.
