Booster Juice - Ancaster

I have stopped at this restaurant three times on my way to or from Toronto from Brantford, and each time the pressed juice drink with kale has not been available. On my first visit, they had no kale. On my second visit, still no kale. Finally, on my third visit, they said they had no lemons. I mentioned that there is a Longos grocery store only 100m away, but the person working there said they are not allowed to order from there. I was shocked by this experience at this location and with the restaurant chain as a whole.

This place is incredible. I adore their juices. The staff are extremely friendly and the service is excellent. I will definitely be returning to enjoy their juices.

The restaurant's online and store front hours indicate they are open at 7am on weekdays, but I have visited multiple times around 7:15am only to find it closed and dark inside. It is frustrating when a restaurant does not adhere to their stated hours of operation. Overall, a disappointing experience.

This barista is consistently slow at preparing drinks. I ordered two different smoothies, but they were out of ingredients for the second one. The barista spent 15 minutes searching for kale, only to tell me they were out. Despite the lack of other customers, it took 25 minutes to receive my smoothie.

Service at this restaurant is incredibly slow, as only one staff member is working. Additionally, the person working seems to be inexperienced and not mixing ingredients well.
