The food took an incredibly long time to arrive. There were only two other tables seated before us, and one of them was already eating when we arrived. Our drinks took 20 minutes to be served. The dining area felt very dim, and the tables were sticky. The waitstaff were quite curt with the customers. As for the food, it was just average. Overall, I would rate the experience as follows: Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 3.

I visited this restaurant three times in a month, and I'm pleased to say that Kjerstin's exceptional service significantly improved my previous two less-than-stellar experiences. Price per person: $20–30. Food: 5. Service: 5. Atmosphere: 5.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant this morning, which is unfortunate because I used to enjoy dining here. We waited an hour for our food, and only then were we informed that there was a large party in the back. It would have been nice to know that before we ordered, especially since there were only two other tables occupied at that time. Not only did some of our food never arrive, but part of our order was incorrect and some dishes were cold. The waitress didn’t check on us, so we had to seek her out to let her know. By then, I just wanted to settle the bill and leave. I had to stand at the bar register to wait for the check, and during the payment process, I encountered disrespect from the waitress with brown hair. She dismissed my concerns by saying they couldn’t manage because they had too many customers. I politely suggested that they should consider not seating more guests if they couldn’t serve them well and allow customers the option to wait if they preferred. We would have appreciated that consideration. Instead, the waitress retorted, "Well, I’m not going to argue with you." It was clear she didn’t take suggestions well, as I wasn’t arguing at all. While I understand the challenges of staffing in the current climate, which could explain some of the issues we faced today, the rude remarks from the waitress will deter me from returning.
