The ladies that work at The Local do a very nice job. They tend to be busy, but these ladies keep smiling and make the effort to keep your experience a positive one. I have not had a bad experience. Also, they accommodate call-in/ pick-up times, which is very appreciated. Recently; I placed an order via phone and was told it would be ready in 10. But I told the gal that I was on the road and at least 30 mins away. She said, Okay, not a problem. It will be ready when you get here. They held the order for 20 mins. before making it. When I arrived, the food had just been boxed/ came out. It was perfect timing. Thank you to the kitchen staff and the wait staff. For all your hard work and kindness. Keep it up. You 're doing great!
