The staff has changed, and it now feels more like a franchise. The quality of the food has declined.

I’m not just hurt; I’m really saddened by this. I always felt safe leaving my bag in the designated area for disabled patrons, and there are three cameras on the premises. Now, as a disappointed customer, I am frustrated that Taqueria de Anda has not responded to my emails or calls, nor have they offered any apology. As a veteran with security training, I find it concerning that a business could operate without active surveillance, especially given the theft I experienced. The robbery not only took my belongings but could also endanger the business itself. It’s disheartening to think that employees might not be vigilant enough to prevent theft or assault, and that my bag was taken so easily. The thief has my address, so I fear he may return to my home, especially since I have footage of him from the cameras. I suspect he was involved with Door Dash, as I saw him earlier with another customer. Overall, I feel very let down by this experience.

The meat lacked flavor, and the customer service was really impatient. This first visit will also be my last. I’m sorry for the owner, but I cannot recommend this place.

Lengua quesadilla was nursing home level dry and not completely covered cheese. Also expensive tacos for size:

Very good traditional Mexican tacos. Al pastor tacos are my favorite. The place is clean and staff is friendly.
