Poke Bowl Factory - Anaheim

Happiness stumbled upon this gem of a poke spot during my visit to Anaheim while randomly browsing holiday pictures around Harbor Lofts. I loved the fresh fish and the customizable options, which included an excellent variety of sauces and sides. On the evening we visited, I opted for a small bowl for $7.00, featuring spicy ahi (tuna) and salmon, topped with sesame shoyu and Chee Young (Korean) spicy sauce, along with green and white onions, crushed crab, and avocado sides. We also added some Furikake for extra flavor. The rice was perfect—sticky and fluffy. I appreciated that they offered Coca-Cola in glass bottles, canned oolong and green tea, and hot Ocha (green tea). They stay open until 9:00 PM, which is fantastic because it's hard to find a good poke bowl in Honolulu after 7:00 PM without paying a fortune. We will definitely return during our stay and highly recommend PBF for their amazing food, friendly staff, and great location! Mahalo, PBF!

Fantastic Poke Square! The owner has 15 years of experience as a sushi chef, and he creates amazing combinations with the sauces. He even let me sample a few items. The prices are reasonable, and my girlfriend loves the $7 small bowl. I’ll share some photos. This is definitely one of the best places in North Anaheim!

I've enjoyed many Poke bowls over the years, but this was my first experience at a build-your-own bowl restaurant. I really liked the experience! I was able to create exactly what I wanted, and the fish was very fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints at all.

From here on for a Poke bowl with my staff stopped and it has not disappointed! Unlike some of the other Poke places I have tried, I can say that they use quality and fresh fish and ingredients. They mix the sauce with the proteins that give the poke more taste. Absolutely come back! It is located directly at the town hall of Anaheim and has free convenient parking directly opposite the street. Poke Schalenfabrik is one of my new Go to poke stops now!

This place is VERY GOOD. It was my wife's first time having a poke bowl and the guy behind the counter knew what flavors worked and what didn't. He even gave some samples with the different sauces and helped her make a decision. It's nice that they have an experienced chef behind the counter. Will make it a point to stop in when we're in town!
