Compared to other Disneyland California Adventure foods, definitely better than most, which I would give 4 stars, but comparing objective to other eateries generally, 3 stars. We ordered the Yaki Udon, Beef Birria Ramen, and Beef Bulgogi burrito. We definitely appreciate the new selection of foods at the Wharf but the Yaki Udon and Beef Birria Ramen were pretty heavily high in sodium for our taste. Conversely, the Beef Bulgogi Burrito could use a bit more flavor. Like most if not all eateries, we ordered from the app and because it was about 6 p.m., the wait took a while, up to 15-20 minutes. If you're looking for something new to try, definitely give it a go; however, if you're looking for a satisfying meal, I recommend heading to Flo's in Car's Land to get the fried chicken with mashed potato and vege plate.

Let me start with the highlight: the lychee tea. If you're looking for a refreshing drink at DCA, this is a good choice, especially if you enjoy bubble tea. It’s not overly sweet, and the lychee jelly at the bottom adds a delightful touch. On the other hand, I would recommend avoiding the Thai tea. It was excessively sweet—seriously, it was incredibly sweet. I'm not sure if I accidentally ordered it with extra sugar, but it was just too much. As for the bulgogi burrito, it was decent, but nothing special. It tasted like just another Asian-inspired burrito from a random cafeteria. The Baymax macaron was similarly too sweet, just like the Thai tea. I don’t know, maybe I’m just not a fan of overly sweet treats? My girlfriend claims I have a sweet side, so who knows!

Prepare to wait forever. Ordering online gives you an estimate on when your order will be ready. It was about 40 45 minutes wait and when you get the notification to tell them you 're nearby, what they don 't tell you is you have to wait another 30 minutes for them to get the food out. What 's more frustating is when I got my food, it was not even hot. Like I don 't know what they have been doing the past hour preparing food . The udon was not even flavorful, just salty and oily. The karaage crispy chicken was not crispy because it had probably been sitting on top of the noodles for a long time. The bokchoy was not seasoned. This dish is not in any way good. Waste of money and calories. The Baymax macaron on the other hand the reason why I ordered at this place of all the food shops at Disney, was great! It had a crispy outer shell with a good chew in the middle and a great amount of hazelnut filling. I would rather get food at next door Cocina Cucamonga if I ever come back. They are more efficient, food is great and comes out fast.

The beef burrito was just average during our visit. I found the way it was rolled didn’t allow for a good mix of rice and meat; all the rice was concentrated at one end while the meat was at the other. I was hoping it would be similar to the one from the studio catering truck. On a brighter note, the chicken karrage sandwich was a winner and one of the highlights of the meal. It was a generous portion and very flavorful. There are plenty of fantastic items on the menu to explore. Fortunately, in the central area with tables, there are a few umbrellas available for shade if the sun gets too intense and you need a spot to relax.
