No recommend they don?t speak English well or pay attention to your request, chicken pieces meat are not well shaped, I requested refund they refused, the store manager is rude lady. Update .. I got my refund, I had to call non-emergency police department who advice me to talk to my bank!! Great USA!

The only reason I started visiting this place again where the fries, but I will probably think twice next time; my fries where cold and hard and not even tasty, I was hoping I would get really fresh and hot fries since the wait was longer than 25 minutes!! At the drive thru! Not recommended. I gave it a second chance this time, since the last time, couple years ago I was given a chicken sandwich outside the bun!! What's up with that?! And this time this, not coming back.

Staff is friendly the drive through is fast and the chicken is good. I especially love the new spicy chicken sandwich. It?s not too greasy and not too dry and the bread is warm and good and they put a lot of the sauce which I like. Great choice for fried chicken in my opinion.

Chicken pieces seem to be getting smaller with less meat. Not worth it any longer. Just go to El Pollo Loco right down the street. Better portions at a good price.

Very disappointed to find not serving for indoor dining. Tried both JFCs in my area. So my friend I went to a different eatery. Don't know when we'll be back found many other places serving very good fried chicken. The company policy protocols are out if touch with scientific guidelines.
