Flame Broiler - Anaheim

The food was great as expected. What impressed me was the excellent customer service I received. Karen the person behind the counter was polite and professional. I know this business and greeting someone with a real smile and happy attitude is not easy if she was obviously multitasking to support several customers. Excellent. Very impressed.

I don't know if the owner is stingy, but you have to hire more employees. Even the girl working today was super slow. We called through the phone to place an order in front of the hand and they placed us in the handle, but never back to us. Worst I was a flame boiler and I was a couple!

I have ordered in the last few months, had 1 or 2 pieces of gum, unbranted meat, and I have found a bone more than once in my bowl. Will not go back until they repair the food

WORST SERVICE EVER. ordered food because I?m super sick they delivered a wrong order. When I called to ask for the other part of my order I was told to come get it. I ?m sick. That?s why i ordered delivery. Long story short, Miguel said there was nothing he could do, call corporate. Great. Attitude, an incomplete order and a blow off. Wish I could rate lower.

The staff were great. Manager is extremely rude and stingy. Every time I go there is something that needs to be refilled and to be shortened to my amount of chicken compared to other flame brothers.
