Very bad attention, not friendly at all, how is it possible that you order food for 8 people and they give you 6 small portions of sauce and they are angry because you ask for extra and also harass them to order dishes, what I ordered was for people who still work from construction, believe we bring the kitchen and dishes all the time? Wow this location is incredible... El pollo loco should simply close all locations and end the grocery store, seriously! You are super stingy about everything, including things you get in abundance like salsa in the past and use covid to conveniently avoid opening the salsa bar. Worst of all, Chicken (her bread butter) is garbage now and the staff are extremely rude, common and unhappy. The days are past when it was good before the pandemic, but these days my family and I, together with friends, do not even recognize this place. It's such a shame we visited 90% of the time. Now it is up to almost 5% despair and all I know have uninstalled their app on their phones. We need a new chain of grilled chicken franchise that challenge and put el pollo loco out of its misery and out of business, post pandemic.

There are times when I come here and there are no employees before the times that it should close (one hour plus). there are times when the employees in the drive thru take their time and take a really long time to get orders to cause a long line. This is all new and must be treated.

The chicken here is excellent, and the salsas are amazing. The mashed potatoes are delicious too. This place is definitely one of my favorites!

The food is excellent, but they've made mistakes with my orders several times. I understand it can get hectic during lunchtime when the line is long, which is the only reason I can't give them a full 5 stars.
