Chambers Bistro - Anaheim

I searched on Yelp for a good place to enjoy steak and eggs and came across Chambers Bar and Bistro. After a quick Google search, I discovered that it’s a restaurant inside the Indigo Hotel. I typically don’t dine at hotel restaurants, but I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the Ribeye Steak and Eggs, cooked medium rare, and asked for fruit instead of hash browns since I was trying to eat a bit healthier. However, when my Ribeye steak arrived, it was cooked well done and a tad too salty for my taste. The steak cost around $18, and under normal circumstances, I would have sent it back. Unfortunately, I had a meeting to attend shortly after and made do with what I could eat. I likely won’t return for steak and eggs on my next visit. I did notice that they offer drink specials and a happy hour menu, but I probably wouldn’t come here unless I were staying at the hotel. I sat at the bar, and the service was good, which was a nice bonus.

We stayed at Hotel Indigo and loved having this restaurant in the hotel. It was really nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast to start off our day and drinks at the bar after a full day at Disneyland. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Chambers Bar and Bistro is inside the Hotel Indigo. Full service bar. We had tacos on Taco Tuesday, they were great! We also had breakfast a couple mornings, perfectly done. The staff was really helpful, well worth the stop!

I’ve stayed at the Hotel Indigo twice and had breakfast at Chambers. The burritos are amazing, as are the churro waffles. And the staff are super friendly and attentive. I would go out of my way to eat breakfast here.
