The theater is a replica to the original movie theater that played Walt Disney?s first film Snow White and the seven dwarves on opening night. The service was excellent, the restaurant was immaculately cleaned, and even using the restroom was a fun part of the experience. The kids were happy with their menu choices, the cocktails were delicious and our meals were cooked to perfection. The only criticism I would leave about this restaurant dining experience is that the portion sizes of our menu choices were a bit small. The gentleman next to us having the pork chop however look like he did not have a problem with his portion size. Probably a good idea to ask the server to help you with the size you prefer.
Shout to Hostess Teresa and Server Jay for the most magical culinary experience! I mentioned that this was our first visit to Carthay, and the hostess Teresa gave us a wonderful table in the lounge in a quiet corner. Our server Jay was fast to drinks and its best food recommendations. He was such a pleasure to talk between drinks and dinner, his charm and his expertise were very appreciated! I highly recommend eating alfresco to get the Disney experience during your stay on budget. Hubby's North African chicken was so dense and juicy!! He loved the rice and the lemon in the sauce. My pigs belly nabel baos were the perfect size for me (light eater) and were surprisingly also filled. Overall we had an incredible time in the lounge. Hubby and I were so happy to be under a warm and festive atmosphere; we loved the story behind the topics and hope to come back soon to taste the full menu!
Probably the most beautiful restaurant here in Disneyland. Was said to wait up to 45 minutes, but I got my table like in 10? I do not remember that there are many types of food to choose. But we had a decent meal there. portion (or coating to create a visual). can be more generous. Nevertheless, the taste was excellent! Remember to get a virtue queue before you go to the restaurant.
Wow, wow, wow. Call me biased, but this is the best Disney restaurant. It was pricy, but trust me, it was worth every penny. An ideal place for a cute date. The Manhattan I got was fabulous. The rib eyes were great. They saw themselves complaining about the part, but it was much more than what I expected. Last but not the least, the Dessert, you must try the melted chocolate caramel cake. One of the best I ever had. Great service and wonderful surroundings. There were also balcony seats available, but you might want to book in advance. 5 stars well earned.
My server Tricia was AMAZING! She understood our little ones and showed courtesy. I thank her for that. It made the culinary experience so much better. However the host Meg and others that I do not randomly get their names are the whole opposite! If I had no reservation, I wouldn't have eaten here because they were rude. I checked three times, and not one person told me I checked into the place to sit. I thought it was unthinkable and they were rude about being there with my children for over 30 minutes! They talked about you right in front of your face and stared while they did. Jaime wasn't thankful. The food was good the bread was super soft the meat for the roast beef was cooked so well it just fell apart when I got a fork through it, the children's dish chicken was delicious without the sauce. Again my server was amazing, but everyone else was unprofessional and unwilling!
