I checked in using the DD app when I arrived, but I should have waited for my order instead. I stood there for over 10 minutes while everyone else around me received their orders right away. This is unacceptable, especially since my order was just sitting on the counter the whole time. By the time I finally got it, my iced coffee had melted, and my bagel was cold.
The accuracy and speed of service need to be improved. I received the wrong order multiple times. The drive-thru consistently takes 15-20 minutes, which is the longest wait I've experienced at any Dunkin' location.
I have never gotten a correct order here. Every time it’s wrong. From incorrect coffee, down to the wrong number of food items. Wish I could rate negative..
So I ordered my usual and large ice coffee with 7 creams and 6 liquid sugars and the coffee tasted horrible, I asked if they could remake and so they did , it tasted a little better but was still dark even with 7 creams and not much flavor. I hardly tasted any sugar in it . So what's the problem? Do they not know how to make fresh ice coffee?
