Food is great. Ambiance was clean and spacious. I can’t wait to return. Nice selection of noodles to choose from. Only two beer selections, a Chinese brand and Heineken of course, but that’s ok. It helped that my friend could speak mandarin too, but they do speak Dutch and English as well. I recommend it! The beef noodles at this place are top tier. You can choose between braised or sliced beef, clear or spicy soup, and a variety of different noodles. I highly recommend their braised beef and wide noodles, which comes with sides of tea eggs and pickled potatoes at about €17. The flavour and aroma shows the effort that has been placed in the quality of the food they serve. I have not had a better version. The only draw for me was that the environment was quite spartan, in Amsterdam it’s easy to get used to done up restaurants -but with that being said it was very clean. It's delicious. The noodles should be freshly made. They are different in thickness and very chewy. The braised beef is super tender, not soft and super tasty. The beef in Lanzhou Beef Noodles is also very tasty, thin and tender. The side dishes were also excellent, and the braised beef tendon I ordered was amazing! Don't do it at all The most common tea eggs have no taste. But overall, being able to eat at this level in the Netherlands makes me cry.
