Amazingly friendly staff and good eating (we went more than once on our visit. more recommended: chai latte. super tasteful and balanced. vegan chocolate cake toast with homemade hummus aubergine ps there is a cat who lives there:

REAL FRESH MILK is used in their lattes! So many cafes in Amsterdam use the boxed shelf milk [gross], but this place uses fresh organic milk! A GEM! This little detail makes all the difference! Great place, friendly people, fun experience. TY!

I am glad and surprised that I had found this place in the heart of amsterdam. they will see that many natives come, their service is super beautiful and welcoming. products are good and the prices are comfortable. it is a perfect place for winter, so cozy a bit retro, a hit random decorations, lights dizzy. I love the atmosphere and background music. it is the mood of a kind of amsterdam center people. a bit of artistic people, only people who live around and go their routines through this place, many well-known loyal customers and other people who just come back as I just get back, because like the whole thing. super recommended they make sandwiches with my favorite bread in amsterdam, hardogs brot and their juice, sweet and menu is good. I simply do not recommend the chai late, but all the other coffee and drinks are good. I was a couple times and wanted to keep it. I work from my laptop very comfortable from here. note: I have no problems chatting with people and music, I like it, the waitress is super nice and helpful.

Sweet vintage café. they seem to have some regular. very friendly staff. would come back here to cool and have a cup of tea or coffee

Had breakfast here a couple of months back and it was a hearty one! Love the soup of the day which was pumpkin soup. The carrot cake was moist and tasty. The hummus on toast was interesting too! The price is very affordable and the staff were really friendly and nice. There’s a small seating area at the second level of this shop and a cute cat too! It’s a cozy vintage cafe! Do drop by for a cup of coffee or for some light snacks if your around the corner!
