La Gelafferia - Amsterdam

Large GF apple cake but could not say whether it is vegan or not. Still, big recommend!

The owner is celiac and is very friendly to speak. I had a passionfruit cheesecake bar, a lemon almond cake disc and a gluten-free oat milk Chai Latte. This place is also certified by the Dutch Association for Celiac disease (not sure what it is called) and, in order to get this, they must pass random inspections. I would definitely recommend stopping here for a drink and some delicious treats and to have peace of mind, eat something safe!

This was the first sweet shop we tried on our trip and we went back several times because it was so good. The coffee was delicious and the baked goods offered were always good. As a celiac I felt very safe to eat there and what I most appreciate was the kindness and knowledge of the workers they even had recommendations where to go for other foods in the area. Very recommended!

Gluten free specialists! Gluten-free cone available, delicious ice cream, but also staff very much over gluten (one is celiac) and cakes and snacks available gluten-free. Amazing!

Delicious gelato and the tiramisu is amazing! The owner understands coeliac disease too
