Best place if you visit Amritsar. When every I visit Amritsar this is the place to spend time with family. Food is always fresh.
Had heard good reviews about this dhaba from the locals so decided to give it a try. Tried their Paneer Kulcha, veg thali, dal makhni and Lassi. Everything came with generous amount of butter and ghee, if you are a non Punjabi, pls have a rough idea before placing the order, it's impossible to eat such portions of meals. Coming to the ambience of restaurant everything seemed dusty and oily, staff appeared to be some what confused as they jumbled up certain orders from neighbor tables
Nice place for food.... More cosmopolitan. If you are looking for rustic food, not the place
One of the most well-known Dhaba around the Golden temple, Brother’s Dhaba is famous for its lip-smacking Parathas. So we decided to head to this Dhaba for our lunch.<br/ <br/ THE FOOD :<br/ <br/ Paneer Kulcha with Dal makhani Salad – The Kulcha was nice and crisp from the outside the paneer stuffing was very delicious. Dal Makhani had the perfect earthy flavor to it and went really well with the Kulcha. We also really liked the flavoured onions served along with it.<br/ <br/ Stuffed Kulcha with Curd and special Chana – This was our most favorite. The stuffing of the Kulcha was simple yet amazing. Also the Chana served along with it was spot on. Must Try<br/ <br/ Mango Lassi Sweet Lassi – The Lassis were good and the quantity was nice.<br/ <br/ For the main course we had Dal Tadka, Paneer Tikka Masala, Tawa Paneer along with Laccha Paratha, Mint Paratha Naan. Dal could have been butter but the gravies and Parathas were good. Must Try the Mint Paratha.
