DO NOT ACCEPT THE BOTTLED WATER!!! It's NOT FREE even though they hand it to you without informing you of anything. I was willing to pay the $19 per drink because of the good vibes, gorgeous view, good DJ, and blankets they provided to keep us warm. BUT! The reason I'm taking off 2 stars is because they passed out bottles water to my group of girls without informing us it would cost extra. They passed it out as if it was complementary. So why would I ask if it was extra? You're not supposed to drink the tap water so I assumed it was like their version of giving out waters. I guess Rooftop 360 wants to rip tourists off. So a $19 drink plus a single bottled water plus tip cost me $37!!!!!! Ridiculous rip off. Plus, we were the only group without a heating lamp by us when it was cold out at night. The food was alright for the price. Service was really slow, we made a reservation and got sat down for about 15 min before the waiter came to our table. Ambiance was nice.
