Tsuki - Amman

Fabulous pan asian restaurant in amman! from all 5* hotels in amman has demonstrated the fairmont that it has the best restaurants and tsuki is not a take. the pan asian kitchen is really excellent delicious! I was in tsuki several times and at this last occasion I was determined to meet the cook manar. both the taste and the presentation make tsuki rise far beyond its competitors in amman. several dishes that I recommend are the dynamite garnels (whole, not pieces like some restaurants), kani salat, otopus, beef-race, black pepper-rib, grilled lambs and the divine nebellamone (melt in their mouth). for dessert I recommend the mango with sticky rice or the fried banana with ice. the sections are reasonable and not overwhelming. the prices are high, but this is expected for the quality of the ingredients and cooking. this remarkable restaurant is good, but not fussy. I noticed that the clientel is not only Fairmont guests, but also native (50/50) that are a good sign. a restaurant can not survive alone over the call of his kitchen. from the manager to the servers to the chefs and the amazing cook, manar all treated them like they were the only guests in tsuki for a very memorable and delicious experience. I will definitely come back!

Expensive but good, the cinnamon banana ice cream is great, and the barbecue lamb is tasty and without smell, sushi is good too

Wonderful early dinner, that almost felt like a private event.Tsuki is back in business. Great taste and presentation. All our dishes were excellent. Staff was always attentive. Definitely coming back.

Tried the Valentine’s Day set menu. Not good whatsoever. Even the wagyu was hard and far too chewy. People said it’s better on a normal day, so I might try it again, but their Valentine’s Day menu was a disaster in terms of flavour. Update: Visited Tsuki in October 2021. The sushi was fresh and the sashimi was the best I’ve had in Jordan. Their normal menu is much better.
