Bayt Sara - Amman

Has the wrap and even though I was told the portion was large, this was really large. I am a big guy but even I was not able to finish the wrap. Fine for sharing but a lower price and smaller portion would be preferable to me.

Simply amazing food, huge portions, wonderful owner. We ordered delivery due to being too far from the place and without a car. We are so happy with it. Just note they do not accept card payments (which is fair enough). Can only recommend!!!

The food at this place was absolutely phenomenal, bursting with flavor and freshness. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and attentive, and the speedy service was impressive. Plus, the generous portions will leave you completely satisfied! The serene and picturesque neighborhood only adds to the charm. If you find yourself in Amman, this spot is a must-visit!

Sara, the owner is a vegan activist and a whole helpful and really attentive person. She just started to eat when we arrived, but she concentrated on us when we arrived. We ordered 2 sandwiches that tasted amazing and were large portions that we could not finish. Sara also provided many more great information, she explained where to use everything from money exchange to which free ATM, she also has great contacts in Wadi Rum and so on... many useful information. Last but not least, she runs a cat sanctuary and if I really remember a large part of the money you spend there, go straight to help cats and other animals. There were also some cats in the store, we fell in love with one and we wish we could adopt them.

The vegan Shawarma was incredible (the homemade Mayo is so good! and owner and chef Sara offers excellent hospitality. Only to be warned: if they tell you that the portion sizes are large, they are not exaggerated!
