Five Guys Burgers Fries - Amityville

Was there on a Thursday. The place was packed. I was able to get my food pretty quickly. Got the Double Bacon Cheeseburger and a Patty. The burgers don 't taste like they used to. They used to have a nice crunch to them. Now they taste a bit boiled or steamed . Not thrilled about the taste, but I guess it 's better than the others at the moment. $20 for 3 Patties and a drink. Wow! Nothing has changed. The burgers still taste out of place. The bacon over cooked

Who doesn’t love a great hamburger? If you’re looking for a good hamburger go somewhere else. These burgers are better than good. Fast cooking and my kids love being able to create their own mixed drinks with all the soda choices.

The food is fantastic, especially the French fries and the milkshakes. Some of the best fries I have ever had. The strawberry milkshake actually tastes like it was made with real strawberries. However, there are two serious faults with Five Guys. First, the prices are absolutely outrageous. $30 for 3 large fries and a milkshake is outrageous. However, the fries count is absolutely insane, so the fries' price is somewhat justified. Also, they forgot to start making my fries and shake when I placed the order in the parking lot outside of the restaurant, so I had to wait for over 15 minutes for my food because they completely forgot until I asked a worker. I may or may not come back. The food can take a while and it is very overpriced. But the food is very good.
