Wrap City Sandwich Co. - Amherst

Overall, my experience at this restaurant has been generally good. I have visited a few times and usually opt for the Santa Barbara Ranch Wrap, occasionally asking for buffalo sauce instead (which they always accommodate kindly). The prices are a bit on the higher side, with an order typically costing around $10 or slightly more. The only issue I have encountered is that the wait times for food can be quite long. There have been instances where I waited 20 minutes after placing my order. It seems like the staff may be underoccupied, as they appear to be running around and trying to keep up. However, the employees are always friendly and the food is delicious, so the wait is not a major concern. If the service could be a bit quicker, it would greatly improve the overall experience.

The wraps are made with fresh ingredients and are delicious. I particularly enjoy the chips that accompany the wraps, and there are plenty to go around for sharing.

The food is fantastic. We have been going to both locations since you opened. The music at the Amherst location around 5pm was not exactly easy listening to the customers. Hip Hop a little R rated. No wonder the dining room was empty. I think next time we will do take out.

Been to this location numerous times and everything was amazing. Fresh veggies, fresh meats, awesome interactions with staff and customers alike. So many options for subs and the chips are to die for! Would recommend this sub shop to anyone as the quality speaks for itself.
