Tim Hortons - Amherst

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was terrible, and while the coffee was decent, it was overshadowed by the breakfast disaster. This was by far the worst breakfast I've ever had at any Tim Hortons. The hash brown was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a day. Although the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit came out hot, the egg had a foul smell and seemed spoiled. It's been a year since I last visited, and unfortunately, I can see why. It took over half an hour to get my coffee, and when I finally did, it was completely wrong. There's nothing worse than waiting in a long line only to be served a terrible cup of coffee. I would strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs; it seems like the staff lacks basic competence.

The staff was absolutely terrible and incredibly slow. They seemed to struggle with even the simplest coffee orders. Every time I ask for a cold brew or iced coffee with just a splash of milk, what I receive is a drink that is completely white, as if they've poured in an entire container of milk. It's baffling how difficult it is to make iced coffee and add just a little milk! This happens 75% of the time. To make matters worse, Tim's has increased their prices, making their poor service even more unacceptable.

On April 6, 2022, I noticed that the bathroom was so cluttered with their bags and clothes that it was practically unusable. They even eat in there! Why would I want to visit a place that allows this kind of behavior? It's frustrating to think that someone should be monitoring the situation. I really believe a manager needs to keep an eye on the bathrooms. If you need to visit this store, I recommend going before 2 PM. As a dissatisfied customer, I'm very disappointed!

Tim Horton's does a good job keeping the drive thru moving quickly. The coffee is consistent and the service is good. The only thing I would say could improve are the bagels! They are okay, but Starbucks bagels are soooo much better.

Only the drive-thru is open, but the line moves fairly quickly, so it isn't bad! People are friendly and the order is always right
