Subway - Amherst

I prefer this location over others in the area because the staff is friendly and patient. The store has the typical Subway clean and quiet atmosphere. Despite it being a bit out of the way from where we live, we always end up going to this location. My favorite sub is the Buffalo chicken, but I also occasionally enjoy the veggie options, which are equally good.

They come to lunch. the workers are nice and accommodating and that is how they would expect on a subway. no complaining, wishing they would be open later.

Ordered for picking up 1:20 so it is ready at 2. waited from 2 to 2:30 clock and they had not even begun. they served about 8 customers who had come after me and not even tried to start my order

I recently purchased a meal from this restaurant and was disappointed. The salad was discolored and the steak had a strange odor. The restaurant does not adhere to proper food handling guidelines, as they often keep meat and vegetables out for extended periods of time or mix fresh ingredients with old ones. Overall, my experience was not good.

Dude was on his handy while he took orders and made our sub and salat bad. I never come back to this.
