Panera Bread - Amherst

Waited 30 minutes for my order which I never got to eat because it was horribly wrapped and everything fell apart.Begels and cream cheese were given separately. Why?? !!!!I don't recommend it?

Very Nice Panera ! Great food and the service was outstanding ! I got the Greek Godess. It was delicious! The French Onion soup was good as well.

Had to wait to place order even with employees milling around. Anout 5 minutes no one in line but us. When we went to pour our coffee both dark and light were empty. Then told that we had to wait for coffe to brew. I counted 7 or more employees working. Last time we were there the coffee was cold and we were told to micro wave the coffee. They don't care about customers

The point of sale employees have always been fantastic to me. One in particular, Brooke, is constantly pleasant to the point that she remembers me whenever I come in and practically guesses what I 'm going to get each time. Big props to her! (UPDATED 3/12/24 after confirming Brooke 's name)Today was my dog 's 3rd birthday and I figured I 'd just run in and out for a Sip Club drink; I asked her if they offered pup cups and told her it was my dog 's birthday. She smiled and told me to give her a minute. She returned later with a to-go cup filled with whipped cream and a couple bits of bacon sprinkled on top! I profusely thanked her, and I didn 't think about it until after the fact that I should have invited her to give it to him herself to take appropriate credit for his favorite birthday present!The food here is average Panera fare, and they are just as apt as any other location to get things wrong from time to time when they get busy. But the people that work here are exceptionally pleasant and the high level of service they provide ensures that I 'll continue to come back often as long as they 're around.

Got ham cheese egg cinnamon bagel. Not rotated and everything was cold. Fed up with trying to get good food
